“Matt Parker took over the listing of our home in Normandy Park WA after the expiration of a listing with an agent who was grossly unsuccessful in marketing the house for almost a year. Matt outlined his approach to us, and then proactively and inclusively executed. The number of potential buyers (which he also appropriately vetted) coming to the property soared. In addition to the usual flyers, signage and open houses, he pursued and obtained printed and TV coverage of the property emphasizing its unique qualities and history. He employed all possible avenues of technology, including drone photography, YouTube videos, and 3-D walk-throughs of the property.

We found him to be very creative in his strategy and approach. The house was on the market for two and a half years. At times, it seemed as if it was never going to sell. When we asked Matt on several occasions whether he thought the price needed to be lowered, he steadfastly said “no, the property is unique in the area and worth what you are asking, and I recommend against a price reduction.”

We know that other lazy agents would have leapt at the opportunity to close a deal and earn their commission quickly, so we appreciated Matt’s frank opinion. Matt was always sure to keep us apprised of all activity and comments from buyers and agents. He worked with us to overcome identified issues.
